Biltmore to add cafes
Biltmore fashion park hopes to differentiate
itself from other valley upscale malls by increasing its focus on new luxury
boutiques and restaurants.
The east central phoenix shopping mall plans
to add 15 retailers and restaurants by the end of the year and focus on
providing a park like atmosphere.Restaurants will be located throughout locosounds

"We want a park, lush green feel
that has set it apart from some shopping in the valley, he was quoted
saying.
Enhancing the park like setting will be restaurants.Westcor
officials plan to sprinkle restaurants throughout the shopping center to
encourage diners to take more time in retail shops.
The mall plans to

"The food industry
are the main driver of malls.They drive that energy and activity on the day,

More evolves
are in the biltmore's future.
Mall developers hope to eventually add two
